What is SwapCase?
SwapCase is a marketplace for the resources behaviour support practitioners actually use. Assessments, plan templates, data sheets, visual supports and social stories, made by people doing this work under the NDIS rather than bought off a generic template site. Upload what you have already built, or find what you need without starting from a blank page.

Our mission
Behaviour support practitioners spend a lot of unpaid hours rebuilding things that already exist somewhere. A data sheet, a visual schedule, a plan template that someone down the road wrote last month and would happily share. That work should not be repeated across the country.
So we built somewhere to put it. Sellers get paid for work they have already done. Buyers get something written for the Australian context by someone who has sat in the same rooms.
Why choose SwapCase?
Practical: Resources you can open and use in your next session
Field-tested: Made by practitioners who use these resources with real participants
Australian: Written for the NDIS, not adapted from overseas material
Open to everyone: You do not need a following or a business to sell here

Who can upload resources?▼
Any behaviour support practitioner in Australia with material worth sharing. You do not need to be registered as a business.
What file types can I upload?▼
PDF, PNG, JPG, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. You'll also upload a tile image and select relevant categories (age, diagnosis, skill area).
How does pricing work?▼
You set your own price in Australian dollars, or list it for free. SwapCase takes a 20% commission and you keep 80% of every sale.
How do I get paid?▼
You'll connect a Stripe account when signing up. Payouts are automatic and typically arrive within a few days of each sale (based on Stripe's timeline).
Can I edit or remove a resource?▼
You can edit a resource's title and description at any time, including after it has sold. The file itself, the cover image, the price and the categories stay as published, so buyers always get what they paid for. You can also delete a resource at any time.
Can I respond to reviews?▼
No, only buyers can leave a 5-star rating. Sellers cannot reply or see reviewer details.
For buyers
Finding and downloading what you need
Do I need an account to download resources?▼
Yes. A free SwapCase account, and an Australian one, since accounts and purchases are limited to Australia for now.
How do I purchase and access a resource?▼
Find the resource you need and click Download or Purchase. For free resources, your download begins immediately. For paid resources, you'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Once payment is complete, your file is available immediately in your dashboard.
How do I find what I need?▼
Filter by age group, resource type (assessments, templates, data sheets), focus area (autism, ADHD, restrictive practices, forensic) and file format.
How much do resources cost?▼
Many resources are free. Paid resources are priced by the seller, and all prices are in Australian dollars. USD.
Can I leave a review?▼
Yes. After downloading, you can leave a 5-star rating (no written comment). Only verified buyers can rate.
What if something's wrong with a file?▼
Use the Contact form to report the resource. SwapCase manually reviews reports and will issue refunds if appropriate.
