Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.

Welcome to our platform. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Introduction

This website is a digital marketplace where individuals in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and adjacent fields can share and sell downloadable resources. Buyers must create a free account to access resources. Free resources can be added to their personal dashboard at no cost. Paid resources require purchase via Stripe before downloading. Sellers must register and be approved to list content.

2. Account Registration

To become a seller, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Provide documentation for verification (e.g., qualifications, ABN).
  • Resources are reviewed and may be removed if they do not meet platform guidelines.

Accounts must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Not upload any material that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Not misuse the site, including attempts to breach security or manipulate listings or reviews.

Admins reserve the right to remove any resource, user, or content that violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials uploaded remain the intellectual property of their original creators. By uploading a resource, you grant the platform a licence to host and distribute it as part of our marketplace.

Buyers may not resell or redistribute downloaded materials. All purchases are for individual use only.

5. Seller Guidelines

Sellers must:

  • Upload original content only (PDF, PNG, JPG, Excel, Word, or PowerPoint).
  • Include accurate categorisation, pricing, and a tile image.
  • Understand that resources cannot be edited once published but can be deleted.
  • Set fair prices and agree to the platform's commission structure.

Toolbox ABA facilitates all transactions via Stripe Connect. Seller payouts are processed according to your connected Stripe account's payout schedule.

6. Payment and Pricing

Sellers set the price for each resource. The platform takes a commission on each sale, with the remaining balance paid to the seller. The current commission rate is 20% per sale. Sellers receive 80% of each transaction.

Payouts are processed automatically by Stripe Connect according to the seller's individual payout schedule.

Pricing may be updated by sellers but only for future purchases. Past purchases are not affected.

Free resources are available to registered users at no cost and can be downloaded an unlimited number of times from the user's dashboard. Paid resources permit a single download per purchase. Buyers should ensure they save their downloaded file securely, as re-downloads are not guaranteed.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of downloadable resources, we do not typically offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

If a file is corrupted, does not match its description, or cannot be accessed, buyers may submit a report. These cases will be reviewed by the admin team on a case-by-case basis, and a refund may be issued if appropriate.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or its content. The platform is not liable for:

  • Loss of earnings due to technical issues.
  • Incorrect resource content.
  • Any third-party actions (e.g., Stripe).

Users access and use this website at their own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted implies your acceptance of those changes.

A notification will appear on the site when major updates are made.
